- Using cyber technology to threaten national security.
- Example: Hacking government websites to spread terror-related propaganda.
Data Breach & Privacy Violations (Section 72 IT Act)
- Unauthorized access to sensitive personal or corporate data.
- Example: Leaking customer data from a financial institution.
